BART to SFO Extension Project
Project Description: 6.1 miles of subway work, 1.2 miles of aerial work and 1.4 miles of at-grade work for a total of 8.7 miles of new heavy rail track. This project totaled$1.48 billion and included four new BART Stations (South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae and San Francisco International Airport) and new parking garage structures.

San Francisco International Airport, Terminal 3 Improvements
Project Description: The initial phase of the $270 million program consists of developing the design concepts, budget estimate and schedule, preparing the bridging documents and procuring the Design Build Contractor for the renovation and expansion of the Terminal 3. During construction by the design builders the assignment includes maintaining budget, preparing and maintaining an integrated schedule, reviewing contractor cost estimates, progress pay and change requests, administering change requests, preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly progress reports to senior SFIA staff.

Oakland International Airport
Project Description: Due to the World Trade Center attack the program was phased and then downsized to construct a new 100,000 sf seven- gate concourse, a 250,000 sf terminal/concourse remodel and expanded roadway and parking facilities. The value of Phase 1 was $300 million and completed within the initial CIP Budget. The building portion of the work was delivered as a CM at Risk while the Roadway & Parking Facilities were Design Build.
